Its creamy, luscious and of course addictive nature begins with the Brie’s velvety white, edible rind that softly ripens the cheese from the outside in, made from pasteurized cow’s milk with a high moisture content of 60%.  The extra cream and higher moisture content create a delightfully refreshing flavor favored as a dessert cheese that is always best enjoyed at room temperature.
