Venison & Berkshire Pork Salami is made with New Zealand Venison & Berkshire pork. It's fermented and aged for three months. Seasoned with red wine, juniper berries, and black peppercorn. Certified Free-Range, Grass-Fed, Humanely-Raised, Antibiotic-Free, Hormone-Free. Venison is known as a leaner protein, dense in essential nutrients, tender in texture, and high in moisture.

Artisanal salumi is always made with a natural pork or beef casing. This salami comes in an easily removable natural casing, showcasing the artisanal quality of their salumi. Unlike their competitor's salumi, which often lacks a casing due to the removal of fibrous or collagen casing used in industrial salumi, Angels' retains its natural casing, adding to its authenticity and presentation.

This salami is a shelf-stable product and does not require refrigeration for storage or during shipping. However, for long-term storage, we recommend refrigerating the salami to extend its shelf life. Once opened, the salami must be refrigerated. For optimal flavor and texture, serve the salami cold.
