Marcona almonds, Spain’s miraculous, crunchy fried-and-salted delicacy are produced for us in the heart of Andalucía. Large, tender Marconas are peeled, and fried in sunflower oil, and dusted with fine sea salt.
Marcona Almonds are closer to that of a macadamia nut, and they're rounder and plumper than the more common California almond.
Almonds are an excellent source of dietary fibers, Vitamin E, manganese and riboflavin.
