Sergio Moro is known for his celebrated Ubriaco cheeses soaked in local wine, beer, or liqueur. These cheeses are made from a base of cow's milk and stand on their own while also highlighting the flavor of whichever liquor they are soaked in. Ubriaco al Moscato available seasonally, which is soaked in  Moscato wine must, respectively. This cow's milk cheeses are aged a minimum of 10 months. The aroma is unparalleled and the flavor is smooth and sweet with a lingering fruity finish.
