Blue Earth evolved and developed as Alemar Cheese grew. We’ve always had a few brie hoops around to catch leftover Bent River curd. With humble beginnings as leftovers, Blue Earth is all grown up, and its unique recipe creates a sweet and friendly counterpoint to the power and complexity of Bent River Camembert.
