Brie l'Indulgent Triple Cream

Item #: 8175

Brie L’Indulgent is made at the Brie-de-Meaux producing plant in the small commune of Raival with a population of 243 people in the Grand Est region in Northeastern France. This region is characterized by its middle range mountains with valleys hosting between 20 to 30 cows that graze outside for 90% of the time.

Brie L’Indulgent is a rich, surprisingly smooth and creamy cheese. Under its white, downy rind, it holds a creamy paste that melts in your mouth.

Brie L’Indulgent combines high fat and moisture level contents which translates in a melting addictive texture.  When young it has a slightly fresh acidic taste of cream. As it ripens, the acidity disappears, the paste gets runnier and it gently asserts its character.  Towards the end of the shelf life, the rind flavor becomes stronger and you get the most traditional taste of ripened brie that for which a connoisseur looks.

Named Best Brie in the World 2022.
