This Camembert is a soft, bloomy-rind cheese with a creamy, often runny interior and an edible white rind. Its flavor is buttery and rich, with earthy, mushroomy, or even barnyard notes, and it becomes stronger as it ages. It combines the manufacuturing of traditional Normande camembert with the Franche-Comte terroior.
